Product Description:
Gabion baskets manufactured from double twisted hexagonal woven
steel wire mesh or welded wire mesh by wire machine, filled with
stones at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic
structures. The steel wire used in the manufacture of the gabion is
heavily Galfan coated soft temper steel wire or PVC wire. To
reinforce the structure, all mesh panel edges are selvedge with a
wire having a greater diameter.
Gabion baskets have the features of simple installation, no special
technology needed, corrosion resistant, economic, mixed to form a
integrity with the natural environment.
Gabion box is made of triple twist hexagonal woven mesh fabric with
galvanized wires and PVC coated wires, also can be HDPE coated,
which is corrosion resistant and acid resistant. The HDPE coated
woven gabions mattresses is a good solution for coastline, which is
a undulating terrain and a high level of acid in industrial waste.
