Hexagonal Gabion.
Welded gabion are made by high quality low carbon steel wire,have
strong fastness and corrosion resistance.It's made from welded wire
mesh panels assembled with spirals or clips and spacer.Welded
gabion wire mesh is widely used in
municipal,school,park,building,garden etc.Welded gabion is also
used to make Defensive barrier premise materials,widely used in
itary field.
Welded gabion made of welded wire fabrics offer strong strength
compared with woven wire gabions while they have siar flexibility.
Welded gabion are manufactured from cold drawn steel wire and
strictly conform to BS 1052:1086 for tensile strength .It is then
electrically welded together and hot dip galvanized or Alu-Zinc
coated to BS443/EN10244-2,ensuring a longer life .The meshes can
then be organic polymer coated to safeguard against corrosion and
other weathering effects ,especially when the gabions are to be
used in salty and highly polluted environments.Our Alu-Zinc mesh is
coated using the galfan process.
