Product Description:
Zinc-aluminum alloy is called Galfan in foreign, zinc coating is
high zinc plus aluminum. Aluminum content is 5-10%, zinc content is
90-95% in Galfan. The meaning of Galfan is "an extraordinary
galvanized". Corrosion resistance of the products is about 2-3
times that of ordinary galvanized. Currently, Galfan galvanized
wire mainly used in gabion basket.
Gabion baskets act as retaining walls and erosion control in civil
works. These baskets are filled with stone to present flexible,
monolithic structures. The double-twisted-wire-mesh has built-in,
non-raveling effect that prevent accidental damage from spreading.
Gabion baskets also permit the preservation or restoration of the
environment.
